It was late one afternoon when Sam cracked open a jar of bland, gray pickles and thought, “Why do these always feel like a sidekick instead of the star?” Enter Kendyl, armed with a fridge full of produce, a playlist of 2000s bangers, and a wild idea: what if pickles could glow up?
We wanted more than vinegar and salt—we wanted color, crunch, flavor, and real gut-health benefits. So we got to work. The kitchen became a fermentation lab. Beets were brined. Dill was dialed up. Pineapple got pickled. And after dozens of test batches and at least one jar explosion (RIP, batch 7), Pikl was born.
